I have used this location several times and always received great service, Chip does a great job.
The location and its personnel were excellent. However, the inside lights did not work and the air conditioner worked intermittently. Had to pack in the dark and then we traveled on a hot day with the a/c occasionally not working.
CHIP WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE TOOK CARE OF OUR NEEDS IN A TIMELY MANNER ON ARRIVAL. HE CALLED THE NIGHT BEFORE TO LET US KNOW THAT HE HAD THE VAN THAT WE NEEDED AND SET A TIME FOR US TO BE THERE. THANKS CHIP

Make the tie-down straps for the car hauler longer
I've never seen such a well run business! Very pleasant personnel, very clean and inviting business. Manager actually put calling customers on hold while finishing up my turn in. Hurrah!!!

I had a pleasurable experience with the staff. However, when I booked online, I actually wanted this location but it said there were no trucks available so I had to choose a different location. Somehow, the system linked me up with the location I preferred, which was good bc you guys are killing me with the .99 cents per mile.Geez...you should have a loyal customer discount or something. I rent at least one truck per week if not more...It would be nice to get a break every now and then. Just a thought.

I filled out the express checkout online and it really was fast when I got to the counter - minutes. The facility was nice and clean and the gentleman working behind the counter was friendly and courteous. It is definitely worth renting U-Hauls from this place in the future.

This U-Haul location literally saved me as a U-Hual customer now that I have more options in OKC. I have never seen a store so clean. Very friendly staff- and super helpful. I have moved with U-Haul in a few different cities and this store was far and away the best. We are planning on eventually moving up to Edmond but if I ever need to move stuff I would drive down to Yukon- just because of the cleanliness and customer service of this store. My only fear is that the manager will eventually get promoted- very friendly and detail orientated! A+++ all around!

Simply the best ever. This facility is the nicest I have ever been too. In addition, the check in was warm and welcoming. I smiled and laughed the whole time. As me and my ride were down checking the vehicle back in, they gave us a bottle of cold water. It was a small touch that was appreciated on such a hot day. Today I even got a call to inform me that their was an extra key on the ring and they wanted to make sure if did not belong to me. What amazing service. I am a customer for life!
